In Netscape, clicking on the hyperlink to the ppt file displayes the raw data as 
a text file.

Shift-right-clicking on it will download the ppt file to disk.  If your machine 
has powerpoint on it, you can display and print it from there.

Incidentally, I prefer powerpoint slides, as I can print 6 slides on one side 
and 6 on the backside, reducing the amount of dead weight I carry.
