Folks

 We have officially completes 1/4th of the semester and you are
welcome to send me anonymous feedback about how things are going in
terms of lectures, paper reading and your general comprehension..

In particular

 --is the pace too fast/too slow?
 --are the lectures sufficiently interactive? 
 --are the lectures too high level? too detailed? too "all over the place"?
 --are you able to digest what is going on?
 --are the homeworks helping? Should there be more of them?
 --are there specific topics that got "over" covered? or there any
     that you wish were covered at more depth?
 --do you find material interesting or is it mostly unmotivated at
     this point? 

and anything else you want to tell me. If there are interesting
trends in the feedback, I will share them with y'all.

I will make the convenient assumption that silence means everything is 
fine-and-dandy.
