ICAPS03 Scolarships

PLANET, the European Network of excellence for AI Planning,
is offering student scholarships to attend ICAPS03, the 13th
International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling. 

ICAPS will be held in Trento, Italy, June 9-13, and is 
co-located with the PLANET International Summer School 
on AI Planning 2003 (see http://icaps03.itc.it).

The scolarships will cover up to the full registration fee to the
conference. The scolarships will not cover travel and lodging
expenses. 

Submissions to the scolarhsips are open to students only; also
students already registered to ICAPS03 may apply.  A submission must
consist of an e-mail up to 50 lines. The e-mail must contain a short
CV of the student, a description of his research interests and current
activities, and his motivations for attending ICAPS.

Applications should be sent to icaps03-submission@itc.it by Wedsneday,
May 14. Notification of acceptance will take place on Friday, May
16. For accepted students that already registered to ICAPS, a
reimbursement procedure will take place. Details will be communicated
together with the notification of acceptance.
