NASA P&S2000 proceedings online

- After much effort by Keith Golden and Bob Duffy of NASA Ames, we've
   finally managed to get the electronic version of the entire
   proceedings online. The URL is as noted in the working notes you
   received during the workshop. The specific URL is at

	http://atrs.arc.nasa.gov/atrs/00/cp209590/proceedings-final.pdf

   [Note this is a rather large pdf file, so I wouldn't advice you to
   download this over a regular modem line.]

   The proceedings also have a pointer on the workshop web pages on the
   sidebar at the following URL

	http://ic.arc.nasa.gov/ic/psworkshop

   One important consequence of this occurance is that the papers in the
   workshop are citable. You should do this by citing the URL of the
   proceedings above.

- We've also managed to put some (not all) of the slides for the
   plenary paper presentations. There are still a few broken links, which
   we unfortunately have to wait to have fixed till the next web person
   is hired (and before s/he defects again to the Silicon Valley around
   us). The slides are linked via on the schedule pages of the
   workshop. Regrettably it does not include the presentations of both
   the invited speakers since we have not received them.

This was pretty much the final item on the list of things needed to be
