A(nother) self-contained POMDP chapter that gives a worked-out example with detailed description of the steps of value iteration better



One of you asked for a resource that shows more steps of a worked-out example for POMDP VI (especially getting horizon-2 hyper-planes given horizon-1 optimal plans).  Here is a copy of the POMDP chapter from Thrun/Burgard/Fox book on Probabilistic Robotics that will help.
