Homework 3 socket closed. Due October 14th

I added two more problems--one on games and one on planning-- to
homework 3 and closed the socket. It will be due next tuesday 14th
Oct. 

There will not be any extensions on this homework as midterm is likely 
to be right after that (and I have to provide solutions to you folks
rightaway)
