New slides added to yesterday's lecture notes

I added several additional slides summarizing the discussion that we
did in the class. The slides also include _examples_ of
arc-consistency enforcement. Make sure to download the new slides (all 
the new ones have a "Added after class: Important" flag on them. 

In general, I will try to extend the slides to summarize "unplanned"
discussions that happen in the class.
