• Currently, we re-plan from scratch without  setting the resource abstraction switch

• Other options are: - Use failure level and current plan to re-plan with abstraction switch set - Use failure level and current plan to re-plan without abstraction switch set - Scheduler asks planner for a different  abstract plan for resource allocation
