Participation grade

Here are the participation grades. This is made up of two
componets--#classes missed (an objective measure) and
your attentiveness in the classes you attended (a subjective measure).
These two measure are then (subjectively) combined
into a single grade.

The missed classes column shows #classes missed,#missed with prior
notification

If there is a ??  that means I didn't get the attendance information
from you (and you shoudl send it to me soon)
