Put the slides and reading on the website

I put the slides I used today (including some updtates to reflect the 
discussion on relaxed plans and also the discussion on PGs for progression 
vs. regression--which I wound up doing today instead of later).

I also put a link to the Nguyen/Kambhampati/Sanchez paper. It is a pretty 
long paper and will give a pretty extensive explanation of all that we did 
today and will do part of next class. In particular, for the next class, 
try to read section 4.3
and  the related work section
