regarding the HW problem I.2



In problem I, part 2, where I ask for the set of states when there are 
k-blocks--you don't have to give exact number of legal states. If you
give an upper bound on the possible number of states--assuming that
statevariables are all independent (and can take any configuration
values), that will be okay. (although if you compute legal states,
that is okay too).
