the official deadline remains Nov. 16.


To allow for contingencies, broken computers, net problems, and slowly travelling files, the electronic submission system will stay open over the week-end of Nov.17-18.  It will be closed on Monday Nov.19 at 9:00 am sharp, European time (GMT+1). Absolutely NO submission will be accepted after that time.


This last point will be publicly announced in the AIPS web pages
