CSE 571: Homework 3 with one more problem

Hello:

We add one more problem about directional consistency and induced width for this homework. The due date is moved to 14th November (again, hard copy submission in class).

I also attach chapter 4 in Dechter's textbook that Rao has sent and asked you to read. You will need it for one of the problems.
