I decided that it is best to build on your current overflowing MDP understanding and complete the discussion of POMDPs.

POMDPs are at once a beautiful as a model, and a bit intimidating from an exact algorithm standpoint. Even though section 17.4 is all of 7 pages, we will

go over it in two classes starting Wednesday.
