For those who were "done" with project 3 before extension was given

Some concerns were expressed as to the fairness of last minute
deadline extension for project 3 report. The main issue is whether
those people who were basically done with everything by yesterday 
are being indirectly penalized by this extension.

Although I considered it as a way of getting folks to write better
reports, I can understand the concerns above.  To soften any adverse
impact of my decision for the affected students, I would like to make
the following offer:

 Anyone done with the project by yesterday can submit it today for
 extra credit. (Note that the extra credit points will only be used in
 such a way as to possibly improve the grade of the individual student
 without changing the curve for the overall class.)
