Multi-objective optimization/pareto curves..

I mentioned a paper for additional reading on the size of the pareto sets.

Notice that this paper looks at multi-objective optimization in the context of
database query planning (e.g. compare a query plan that takes 10 min and 
gives 15 answers
with that which take 15 min and gives 19 answers).

The introduction and section 2.2 are however general..
