New index.jar file added on the project part B write-up

In the download section, a new link to download index.jar file has been included.
This is the index that you need to use for the whole of part B.

It contains around 37854 terms.

For those of you who want to generate the index by yourself,
use

java CSE494.IndexHTML -create -index index result2
