Also, I understand that the dept office will be closed from 4pm today (Monday). If you come after 4, you can slide your exam under my office door.

yes. If  I am not in my office, you can turn it in at the main office and ask them to put it in my mailbox (they will put a stamp and put it in my mailbox).
