Project 2 can be submitted until end of the day today

I will allow submission of Project 2 until end of the day
(11:59:59pm). The hard copy submission can be given tomorrow as long
as the electronic version is sent by the deadline.

This flexibility on deadline is given so that no one is missing the
class today trying to complete the project.
