readings list updated--with "Mining Link Structure..." paper

I updated the reading list. In addition to the Google paper, I would
like you to start reading the paper "Mining Link Structure of the
Worldwide web" which gives the theory behind authorieties and hub
computation.

The Kleinberg paper gives the theory too, but it is more heavy-duty
than "mining link structure" pape--the former is to appear in JACM
while the later appears in IEEE Computer--more of a Cliff's notes
version ;-)

Also, the Mining link structure stuff talks about other possible uses
of link structure mining which may be of interest.

Finally, note the heading at the top of reading list. The indented
papers are optional readings. You are required to read only the
un-indented papers--so google and link mining until now.
