A friendly reminder

The deadline for guaranteeing a room in student housing is today, March
1st, 2004.  We're sending this reminder because this deadline is much
earlier than any of the others.

ICAPS has reserved a block of rooms at the Crystal Lodge, which is
adjacent to the Whistler Conference Centre, for student attendees.

 Standard: $81.00 (CAN) plus tax based on double occupancy
 Deluxe: $90.00 plus tax based on double occupancy
 Check-in time: 4:00pm
 Check-out time: 11:00am
 Cut-off date for reservations: March 1, 2004

After this date, reservations will be taken based on
availability. Conference attendees must identify themselves as ICAPS
registrants to qualify for the reduced conference rates. A major
credit card is required upon booking. One room night's deposit will be
charged to credit card at time of booking. Cancellations outside of 30
days of arrival forfeit $32.10 administration charge. Cancellations
made within 30 days of arrival forfeit full payment of room and tax.
