But if you insist, use of laptops to look at slides and calc.exe is  fine (I thought I already mentioned this..but may be not)

ps: The innumeracy of America seems to be on the raise. The "calculator" related questions seem to be the single largest class of questions I have received :-( May be on Thursday we should do Kumon...
