I added several slides to the class notes to reflect the additional 
discussion on lifting planning that was done in the class.
The new slides have been uploaded.

Now that I spent time making the case for planning graph based reachability 
analysis, I hope to go at an accelerated glacial pace
(even glaciers are moving fast because of the global warming...) next time. 
I would recommend that you look at the slides I have
lined up for discussion, and make sure that you look at them and be 
prepared with questions as needed (pay special attention to the slides on
relaxed plans)
