A new version of SAPA available for download

Dear All:

 This is to let you know that a new and improved version of the metric
temporal planner SAPA is available for download from the sapa page
(http://rakaposhi.eas.asu.edu/sapa ). This version fixes some parsing
bugs, and also uses more efficient data structures in several
places. Both source code and the .jar file are available for
download.
