Clarification regarding the Hw4 Qn I (Planning) solution

I noticed that my solution to the Question I (planning question) in HW 4 is 
inconsistent with the specification I gave to you--partly because I
erroneously used O5 to need preconditions R,S instead of M,R (as given in 
the Hw4 specs).

Turns out that very little of the answer actually changes because of what I 
did (basically only one of the branches in the regression branch would have 
been different for you). ANyway, I have put some comments on the solution 
to explain what would have changed and what would have remained the same. 
Just go look at the part 1 of Hw4 solutions again (the pdf file--it now has 
more "subbarao Kambhampati" comments. By the way, if your PDF viewer only 
shows blue marks and no comments--just double click on the blue marks and 
you will see my written comments)
