End of the semester ABET ACCREDITATION Survyes

Folks:
  you may remember doing the beginning of the semester accreditation
related survey. Younow have to do the same survey at the end of the
semester--presumably to see if anything became any clearer. 

Here are instructions on how to do it. It would be great if you can
doit.

If you teach a section of any of the courses listed above,
please inform your students that the surveys are available on the web and
encourage them to complete the on-line survey for your course as soon as
possible. It would be helpful if you would post a notice on your course
web site as well as announce the survey in class. To take the survey a
student browses to the following URL:
https://intraweb.eas.asu.edu/survey/

At the survey site the survey software requests the student
to enter his/her student ID and birth date. The survey software then
presents the student with a list of the surveys the student is eligible
to complete. Typical course surveys contain 10 multiple-choice questions.
The student clicks the appropriate radio buttons to respond to the survey
statements and finally clicks the SUBMIT button on the screen to submit
the survey.
If you have questions or encounter difficulties with the surveys, please
contact me. I plan to send a reminder on Tuesday, November 27 to students
who have not completed course surveys.
